Superficial sclerotherapy is a relatively pain-free technique used to eliminate the spider and reticular veins that appear with aging. Typically, these unsightly veins are found on the legs. It is done by injecting a sterile chemical known as a sclerosant into the unwanted veins. The sclerosant causes the vein walls to collapse onto themselves which leads to their eradication from sight. Dr. Ota is happy to provide a free assessment via digital conferencing to determine if you would be a good candidate for this procedure.
